Product introduction：Jiezu Intelligent RC-80 series integrated servo controller is compatible with the Phi80 frameless motor, using a ring PCB with 78mm outer diameter and 9.4mm thickness, which can be directly embedded in medium-to-large load robot joints. The product comes in two sub-models: 80-STD high-torque and 80-V01 high-speed, both with 48V power supply, equipped with 16kHz/4kHz/16kHz three-loop FOC servo system, compatible with 23bit high-precision absolute encoder, shaft positioning accuracy <= +/-0.005 degrees, supporting EtherCAT/CANopen dual industrial bus, synchronization cycle <= 1ms. The 80-STD is rated 500W, peak 1500W, suitable for heavy-load low-speed joints; the 80-V01 is rated 300W, peak 1200W, designed for high-speed dynamic applications. The entire series integrates multiple hardware protections including overvoltage, overload, overheating, and encoder disconnection, with built-in friction, backlash, and vibration suppression algorithm interfaces, and comes with RC-Tuner debugging software. The underlying program is shared with the 70 series, suitable for medium collaborative robotic arms, humanoid upper arms, heavy-load rotary platforms, and other medium-to-large torque robot integration.
