产品简介：The 70 series integrated robot joint with built-in servo controller is developed by Jiezu Intelligent, compatible with the Phi70 stator frameless motor, designed for lightweight small collaborative equipment drive. The product uses a ring PCB only 9.4mm thick, highly integrating FOC drive circuit, absolute encoder interface, electromagnetic brake driver, and industrial fieldbus, and can be directly embedded in narrow joint housings. The whole unit uses 48V DC power supply, rated power 300W, peak 1200W, rated current 6.25A, peak 25A, supporting up to 450rpm peak speed. Equipped with 16kHz/4kHz/1kHz three-loop servo control, compatible with up to 23bit absolute encoder, shaft-end positioning accuracy <= +/-0.005 degrees, optional EtherCAT and CANopen dual industrial bus, synchronization cycle as low as 1ms. The device integrates a complete set of protection mechanisms including overvoltage, undervoltage, overcurrent, motor overheating, and encoder disconnection, with reserved interfaces for friction, backlash, and vibration suppression algorithms. The 70 and 80 series share the same underlying software, differing only in power and mechanical dimensions, suitable for lightweight robot integration such as lightweight collaborative arms, humanoid forearms, medical robots, and precision rotary gimbals.
