Responsibilities
1. Development of control programs for brushless DC (BLDC) and permanent-magnet synchronous (PMSM) motors.
2. Development of electromechanical control systems, embedded software, and related sensors and structures.
3. Development of motor reliability tests and of test benches and fixtures for R&D and production.
Requirements
1. Full-time bachelor’s degree or above, majoring in automatic control, electromechanics, or similar.
2. Familiar with classic control theory and able to apply it; familiar with embedded control-system development, STM32, and proficient in C.
3. Familiar with common actuators and sensors (PMSM, BLDC, stepper motors, servos, IMU, etc.); LabVIEW host development experience.
4. Familiar with sensored FOC, with FOC development and debugging experience.
5. 2+ years of experience with electromechanical products (small vehicles, small aircraft, robotic arms, etc.).
6. Competition experience in electronics, mechanics, or robotics is a plus; strong hands-on ability preferred.
7. Good logical communication and problem-solving skills; diligent, responsible, and able to work under pressure. Outstanding fresh graduates considered!
